I have a lot of new work to upload, some pieces better than other. I feel like my work has gotten weaker, but as an artist I've gotten better. With classes as they are and graduation quickly approaching, I find that a lot of the time I rush to get projects done. I know they need improvement and I plan on making those adjustments this quarter in my pre-portfolio class, but I just haven't had the time to do any of it yet.

I have a lot of pieces that need to be photographed, but again, that whole time thing kind of makes it impossible to find time to actually take the pictures.

Last year (2008), I got an illustration into the student show at my school and won best in show from the Pittsburgh Society of Illustrators. It's now on display at Robinson Towne Center Mall until God knows when. Just a happy update.

Anyway, maybe I'll get around to taking those pictures one day. Until then...

Hey! Meag here. The Flamer if you will. Anyway, I've actually got something of substance to discuss with you. Cassie and I are in the process of putting together a High School art show. We're hoping to get it together by the end of the year and hopefully it'll go somewhere.
